I have worked really hard on my "before" picture for years. Result- weighed 90 kgs + on yesterday. (I did think my watch, mobile, shoes and clothes were heavy and added lot of weight, so got rid of them one by one and sadly the scale moved back by just 1 kg. Still 90+ kgs! Should try changing the scale itself now.)
It was a wake up call of sorts. Time to go back to gym and get fit. Goal in mind - Lose 10 kgs in 3 months. I don't want to carry excess baggage and pay for it in my 30 th year..
Enrolled in a gym yesterday itself and started working out for that elusive "after" picture. Asked for a personal trainer as well. 3 days weight training and 3 day cardio every week should help.

P.S. - Butter , cheese , fried foods - my old friends- I never thought I would say this but it's time we took a break from each other for some time. Reunite we shall, after a long break.
